Opinionated Vicar has an interesting post post on his blog today. He comments on a recent poll (Guardian /Observer) which tries to find some stats on British Attitudes.
Worth a look then at some of them.
Filey has a unique demographic which has to be seen in relation to other small Seaside communities where Retired people make up for over a quarter of the population, So you cannot really compare it with other small towns.
I will ask a few questions however
Do you know the names of your neighbours?
Have you ever talked to them for more than 5 minutes?
Are they THERE FOR YOU?
Are you THERE FOR THEM?
